Description
We are seeking two highly motivated Band 6 Dental Nurse Managers to fill full-time permanent positions, one based at Birmingham Dental Hospital and the other in Birmingham Community Dental Services.
This role involves responsibility for managing and developing all support staff to ensure smooth operation of the Service. As a Dental Nurse Manager, you will demonstrate good leadership skills, ability to manage change in clinical practice and processes.
You will also be able to make sound clinical and leadership judgments independently and regularly supervise the workload of junior colleagues.
We are looking for individuals who are innovative, forward-thinking, flexible, and have strong leadership qualities. The post holder will work closely with the Dental Matrons, Service Managers, Group Managers, Group Clinical Managers, Clinicians, and Heads of Services.
The successful candidate will be required to be confident, able to work under pressure, and have effective communication skills, delivering care with dignity and respect in a kind and compassionate manner.
