Experienced Complex Care Coordinator


Job Summary:

Are you flexible, outgoing, and skilled at juggling priorities? _If so, we have an exciting role for you. We are seeking dynamic individuals to support the delivery of excellent quality complex clinical care to adults and children in the community. As a Complex Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Peripatetic Care Assistants, ensuring their effectiveness in delivering care. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Care Managers to successfully manage care packages and uphold the highest standards. Additionally, you will support our clinical team in maintaining staff training and competencies to ensure client safety. Travel to the Northeast may be required, with accommodation and meals provided.


About You:

You thrive on problem-solving and being part of a fast-paced team while maintaining methodical attention to detail. As a confident driver, you will be flexible and adaptable, able to amend plans at short notice.

Your Requirements:


  • Experienced in a Care background, particularly as a Coordinator
  • Proficient in rota planning and effective communication
  • Hold at least NVQ Level 3 in care with a willingness to complete a management and leadership course
  • Enthusiastic, caring, kind, dynamic, and driven to deliver the best quality service

Salary:

Your salary will be _
£27,000_per annum with mileage reimbursement at 0.25p per mile. Additionally, you will be eligible for our new business bonus scheme.
