Our fantastic supported living and community team are looking for a caring, creative and enthusiastic individual to join them as a
Support Worker on a permanent basis. We are looking to recruit for both full-time and part-time positions.

The Role


Enable Support Services are a busy housing support and care at home service, as a
Support Worker no two days are ever the same; you'll be part of a fun, friendly team who support individuals with mental health needs.

Your main aim will be supporting the individuals with their day to day needs which include shopping, finances, cooking, appointments, laundry and housework.

Supported Living in Taunton are new development, this will consist of supporting individuals with Mental health to live independent lives with the support of the staff team.


Due to the continued growth of our business we are currently looking to recruit full time positions in our Supported Living and community services in Taunton.

You must have a car and be able to drive.

The salary for this role is £21,294-£30,082.


We're looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative about participating in and supporting them with their hobbies and interests which can include a whole array of different activities.

You will be required to have experience in looking after clients with learning disability with some minor challenging behaviours.


You will receive excellent training, opportunities for development and have a helpful team behind you to support you every step of the way.


About you
We'll pay you for your full induction and training and give you all the practical skills you'll need.


All we'll need you to bring is;

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns can include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and public holidays.

However, we will ensure that your rota is balanced.


Our sleep-ins are not included in your contracted hours, so you'll receive an additional sleepover payment of
£65 per night for each sleep-in worked.

The higher salary advertised is based on working full time and doing two sleep-ins per week.
