The opportunity:


  • Support the Marketing Manager in producing, updating, and localizing content that aligns with the sales strategy, in both English and the local language.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and advertising activities.
  • Work with compliance to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Support digital communications, working closely with the sales and digital teams.
  • Assist in the translation process and proofread translated materials.
  • Maintain and update various websites accurately.
  • Monitor, measure, and report the effectiveness of marketing activities, while improving key metrics.
  • Provide support for industry events, including marketing materials and merchandise.
  • Manage and track invoices within the marketing budget.
  • Understand brand, regulatory, compliance, and financial requirements.

Key Skills:


  • Fluent in English and French written and spoken (essential).
  • Additional language knowledge (Dutch) would be beneficial
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently on small and moderately complex projects.
  • Experience within asset management
  • Prior experience in a marketing role.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and networking skills
  • Clientcentric approach in all marketing work.
  • Deadlinedriven and able to manage competing priorities.
