Responsibilities
As Health Safety and Wellbeing Strategy Coordinator, you'll be working within the corporate Strategic and Behavioural Safety team, assisting the Transportation Health Safety & Wellbeing leads in the project management, updating and delivery of the Health Safety & Wellbeing strategy, managing and measuring strategic performance measures and reporting on the organisation's delivery of these strategic actions.
Your day to day will include:
- Working with the Health Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) performance, HR, business systems and communications teams, undertaking data analysis providing the business with relevant updates
- Coordinating the reporting of the major risk groups progress and performance
- Managing the annual HSW surveys across the Transportation business
- Updating Health Safety & Wellbeing leads and transportation safety leadership groups
- Taking ownership and updating specific risk and behavioural safety areas via Microsoft Sharepoint
