Senior Business Administrator (Part Time hours per week)


We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill the role of senior business administrator to support the business and senior leadership team.

The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:


1.


Marketing Assistance:


  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage social media accounts, including increasing relevant connections and followers, content creation, scheduling, commenting and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the Director to create marketing materials including blogs, technical articles and case studies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Business Development Assistance:


  • Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and clients through market research and supplier portals.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes, pitches, marketing material and content.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with potential clients and partners.
  • Research and schedule attendance at relevant networking events and trade shows.
  • Support the Director in managing client relationships and maintaining communication.

Administrative Support:


  • Board Meetings
  • Coordinate and organize, including agendas, minutes and followup actions.
  • Format and proof read technical documents, training material, correspondence and marketing copy.
  • Manage the company performance and budget forecast.
  • Manage supplier and buyer portals ensuring they are up to date.
  • Process timesheets, payroll, expenses, invoices, PQQ master spreadsheets and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. Provide assistance on special projects as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Administrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism
  • Discretion and tact in handling confidential matters.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Adaptability and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months

£11.50 per hour
