An innovation consultancy focussed social impact is looking for a Head of Operations to join the team and help to embed their new strategy and create foundations for greater impact.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with leadership to ensure the organisational vision is delivered, by acknowledging organisational value
  • Providing oversight and supporting the operations team, while introducing improvements to existing processes to support efficiency and decision making
  • Owning and leading on the identification, development and implementation of new policies, protocols, and businesses processes

You will have:

  • Experience in a consultancy environment and/or inhouse operations role
  • Significant experience of change management
  • A strong track record in business management and operations
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and a changing environment

Details:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Start: ASAP
  • Salary:
£70,000 - £80,000 FTC
