Novex Facilities Management are a leading provider of FM services delivering dependable Facilities solutions Nationwide.

We have a nationwide network of specialist staff, and we are looking to expand for some bespoke projects throughout the summer period.

We are looking for cleaning operatives to perform end of term/tenancy deep cleans of student accommodation across our client's portfolio.

The role:

Complete cleaning of the rooms and communal areas, involving cleaning designated areas within the student accommodation, including bedrooms, bathrooms, shower rooms, en-suites, kitchens and all white goods contained in the kitchens, window frames, skirting boards, doors, under and behind beds and furniture.

Generating room reports and liaising with on-site managers to ensure project is on target and to a suitable standard.

What we are looking for:

Someone with experience in a similar role, ideally within a student/letting environment.
A selfstarter with the drive to deliver the best service possible.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
Have an organised approach to work & a strong attention to detail.
Must be reliable and passionate about what they do.
Excellent communication skills.
