Settle could have the exciting opportunity you've been looking for, we're recruiting a Planned Works Administrator to join us. You will work as part of a team to provide administrative support to the Planned Investment team.

You will support the Planned Investment manager and the Planned Works surveyors in the investment works that they oversee to ensure that contracts run efficiently.


Job requirements:


  • Assist with all contract administration functions of the allocated contracts, including preparation of works orders, managing address lists and administering invoices.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors and other settle departments including leaseholder and finance departments.
  • Deal with customer queries and ensure responses are provided with the desired timescales.
  • Assist the contractor payment process to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with the terms of the contract.
  • Attend contractor operational meetings and provide information and reports on performance.
  • Assist in the collating of monthly KPI's, providing clear reports on progress of the contracts

What we're looking for:


  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience in a similar role, with experience of general administration duties including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and able to manage task in a busy environment.
