They are the epitome of excellence in the business world. Their state-of-the-art business centre serves as a hub for entrepreneurs, innovators, and visionaries who dare to dream big. You would be based in a quirky 5 storey grade II listed building in the heart of London close to many shops and eateries and just a stone's throw from Borough Market.

There are excellent transport links from nearby London Bridge and Borough Stations.

They are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-centric individual with a knack for multitasking.

As a Part-Time Business Centre Assistant, you will be the face of our business centre, ensuring that each visitor is greeted with a warm smile and receives exceptional service.

You are the embodiment of professionalism, possessing outstanding communication skills and a passion for going the extra mile.


Your responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, providing them with accurate information about our services and amenities.
  • Managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system, managing correspondence, and handling mail distribution.
  • Overseeing access control systems, ensuring the security and confidentiality of our business centre.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and coordinating meeting rooms.
  • Supporting our members with various requests, including photocopying, scanning, and other general assistance.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of business centre events to foster networking and community engagement.

Your qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Strong organizational abilities with an eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and a willingness to learn new tools.

A positive attitude, adaptability, and a natural ability to problem-solve on the spot.

A passion for providing outstanding customer service and making a difference in people's lives.
