As an Audit and Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding these standards and guiding our organisation towards sustained success.

Responsibilities:
As the Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO9001, ISO14001, and ACS standards.
Implementing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/ISO14001/ACS standards and facilitate external audits as required.
Developing and implementing robust compliance strategies and processes.
Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective compliance across all departments.
Providing guidance and training to employees to foster a culture of compliance.
Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Stay uptodate with changes in ISO standards and industry best practices to ensure the company's compliance remains current and relevant.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

Proven experience in overseeing audit and compliance functions.
Indepth knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ACS standards.
Hold either NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire teams toward continuous improvement.
Demonstrable experience in audit and compliance
SIA Licence
Relevant certification such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is desirable but not mandatory.
