Our client is a successful global company that provides a variety of on-site Laboratory Services to major pharmaceutical companies.
As a result of continued growth and success, they now have multiple new opportunities in Cambridge for Lab Coordinators to join their team at one of their prestigious pharma sites.

This Lab Coordinator role is ideal for someone with existing lab experience either as a lab technician or scientist looking to progress to more lab operations and lab management.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of Laboratory Equipment maintenance requirements, ensuring Equipment remains in a compliant state and maintains operational efficiency by liaising with internal facilities teams and external engineers to schedule maintenance and repairs with mínimal impact to daily operations.
- Leading on continuous improvement projects relating to equipment, policy, and people processes striving for smooth and efficient ways of working
- Lead on processes to investigate deviations from SLA's by root cause analysis and reporting findings accurately
- Providing general laboratory support, coordinating the overall health and safety compliance strategy, PPE compliance, participating in service audits and supporting with COSH and risk assessment documentation
About You
- Previous experience working in a laboratory environment is essential
- Previous experience with laboratory operations stock control, equipment maintenance, supplier relations etc is preferred
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
