Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of compliance, including data protection and GDPR regulations
Oversee the maintenance and development of the company's CRM and database systems
Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
Manage office operations and facilities, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, as required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the recruitment or IT industries
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and solution-focused approach to work
