Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities:

Lead the warehouse team within the Plant, offering support, guidance and assistance where required
Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operational running of all Warehouses.
Management responsibility for goods in (raw materials) and goods out including the maintenance of up to date stock records.
Identify capacity and resource planning issues are highlighted and resolved in a timely manner
Report daily, weekly, monthly statistics to the Warehouse Manager
Carry out stock management activities ensuring levels are maintained to the required standard
Promote a safety first culture within the warehouse
Carry out daily inventories.

Warehouse Supervisor:

Demonstrable experience working within a warehouse environment preferably leading a team
Knowledge of logistic and supply chain management processes
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
An organised individual with a keen eye for detail
A flexible approach to work with the initiative to demonstrate adaptability
Holds a valid Counter Balance license
Knowledge and use of a WMS
