An exciting opportunity to work for a local established, busy lettings office. The role will include being first point of contact for all customer enquiries, queries, and complaints relating to administration. Liaising with third parties in relation to requests, answering calls and other administration work relating to lettings.You will prepare all legal documents that relate to tenancy set ups and any ongoing administration during the course of the tenancy.
We have an in office professional lettings package which generates all the required paperwork.
As we are a small office you will at times need to arrange viewings with prospective tenants, Landlords and existing tenants, conduct viewings and providing feedback to Landlords.
A full driving licence and own vehicle would be necessary.

£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
