We are looking to speak with experienced and ambitious Registered Care Home Managers about an exciting opportunity to manage one of the most incredible Nursing Homes in the country right now.
The 60 bedded home is truly beautiful with every possible amenity to allow residents to live a comfortable and happy life.
You'll join a growing organisation at an exciting time and be the envy of your peers managing this incredible location.
As RegisteredCare Home Manager, you will report to the Care Director and be supported by a strong Operations Team. You will be responsible for the delivery of business performance and quality targets for the home. Providing support and leadership to the staff, championinga culture of resident focus and quality of service. While establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.About You:
You will be passionate about delivering outstanding care to residents in a dignified and safe manner.
You should have the proven ability to lead and motivate a team and be highly organised with exceptional communication skills.
You should also have:
- A good working knowledge of the relevant policies, procedures & legislation relating to adult social care
- Previous experience of managing a 40 bed + care home
- Good understanding of P&L structure and budget management
- Preferably a Registered Nurse with current NMC Registration
