An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales-driven Service Advisor looking for an office based role, dealing with customers over the
telephone looking to have repairs carried out on their vehicle.**

Your earning potential is unlimited in this commission & target driven role - OTE £40K and above.

About the Role

Business growth has created the opportunity for an additional service advisor to join our lively, dynamic team based near Guildford, Surrey.

As a member of the front-line team in a busy office you will be:

Managing all range of customer enquiries into the office, via telephone, website or direct leads.
Advising on all makes & models of vehicles:
gearbox issues, turbos, servicing, diagnostics and warranties.
Overseeing the progress on the vehicles you have booked in with the service centres.
Up selling advisory work and negotiating prices between the customer and the service centres.

*This role does not involve any cold calling*.

OTE £40K.

About You

Ideally with experience working in the motor industry and/or a passion for cars.
A friendly, professional telephone manner is required.
Accuracy with data input is essential.

Pay:
£35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
