Automotive Customer Service Advisor

required in Wimbledon, South London

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 45 Hours Per Week

Pay:
Up to £32,000 per annum

Our Client, a busy Accident Repair Centre with over 30 years trading experience are looking to employ a Customer Service Advisor to join their Crash Repair team.

With Multiple sites across London and the South of England our client is seeking someone who is flexible, dynamic, efficient Customer Service professional to be based at their brand new & fully equipped workshop in Wimbledon.

Our client works with a number of Manufacturers from Audi to Volvo, with a BSI kite mark and Accreditations with numerous brands, you can be sure to be working in a first class environment providing a quality work place, alongside a quality service.

I've worked with this Client for a number of years and they provide an excellent place for Customer Service focused professionals to develop and grow their skills further.

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor with Our Client:

Carry out general Bodyshop reception duties.
Builds rapport and qualifies the customer's requirements
Check in customers and recovered vehicles
Updates the customer on progress and checks customer satisfaction on completion.
Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
Ability to prioritise workloads to ensure you achieve targets in a timely manner.
Meet and greet customers on site
