What will you be doing as a Sales Manager?
You will support and develop a high-performing sales team by demonstrating what good looks like and developing an environment for continuous improvement.
You will engage in coaching and the delivery of team training requirements, tailoring you approach to the needs and preference of the individual.
You will support the setting and delivery of ambitious sales targets, focussing on both team and individual performance, ensuring to demonstrate a relentless commitment to achieving and surpassing targets.
You will communicate across all areas of the business, embracing the company values and ensuring each stake of the customer journey is delivered with professionalism.
You will be expected to stay attuned to market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments and translate this awareness into actionable insights that inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
You will be involved in recruiting for new members of the sales team, taking part in interviews and making key decisions.
What are we looking for?Previous experience within Property, Estate Agency or similar industries is preferred but not essential.
You will be an experienced people manager, with a proven record of purposeful coaching to identify areas of improvement within the sales team.
You will have experience creating customised coaching plans that enhance skills, boost confidence, and facilitate performance excellence.You will be an experienced property professional, ideally as a Branch Manager/Area Manager looking to progress their careers forward into a fast-moving, forward-thinking business.
You will be a proven sales professional, with a dedication to exceeding targets and overcoming objectives.You will possess a strong and unwavering work ethic, always leading by example.
