In the role of Business Administrator, you will support two branches of the Professional Development function: the Projects Team and the Apprenticeship Provider.
- Record programme participant and apprentice data with high levels of accuracy.
- Manage the apprenticeship ePortfolio system.
- Coordinate programme and conference events, including: sourcing and booking venues, arranging catering, and communicating arrangements to participants.
- Track participant attendance and monitor programme completion.
- Track apprentices' destinations and report on their progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate internal communications by collaborating with colleagues on content.
- Edit video content to share with programme participants.
- Act as a central point of contact for general enquiries from programme participants, apprentices, and school leaders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
- Process invoices, schedule meetings, prepare meeting papers and take meeting minutes.
- Provide diary management and travel coordination support to the Director of Professional Development.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate wanting to work in the education sector, or an experienced administrator.Essential:
