SUMMARY
The International Markets coordinator will play a crucial role in providing operational support to the team.

He/she will be responsible to ensure that the processes in place are followed correctly and will be an ambassador in promoting best practice across the team.

Will work to maintain the highest standard across the different International Markets and will provide ongoing support to Market Mangers and in-market representatives.


The coordinator will be responsible to maintain the internal systems up to date and will strive to provide the best support to team.

He/she will ensure efficiency in the coordination and execution of different projects for the source market plans working with internal and external stakeholders.


Will support the International Market team in creating and implementing the assets required for each of the partners activation, different administration activities and requirements to ensure the smooth running of the department.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Operation:


  • Work closely with line manager ensuring the team is implementing and adopting new ways of working; Including legal, operational & marketing
  • Support the team navigate SharePoint
  • Monitor and manage central SharePoint files
  • Provide guidance/training to team and representatives on systems and processes
  • Fulfill project trackers
  • Lead adhoc projects

  • VIP

eVIP Project for International Markets

  • Creation of eVIPs
  • Support to Villages on eVIP creation and queries
  • Development and system updates
  • Bespoke links and URLS for partners
  • Ensure end to end process is efficiently fulfilled

Support with Marketing briefs

  • Liaise with Internal team to ensure every aspect of the brief is fulfilled
  • Liaising with Villages to identify content for partner campaign pages and collate the offer
  • Liaise with the internal teams to ensure we follow the guidelines and we use the right message and assets
  • Assist with briefing commercial moment selling tools
  • Support Market Managers and ensuring the assets is delivered on time to high standard

Partners and systems account support

  • Support with Salesforce queries related to Marketing activities campaigns and partners account creation
  • Ensuring the system is maintained and kept up to date
  • Ensure compliance and keep up with the business direction and new approaches
  • Act as first point of contact for external customer service team, escalating enquiries to distribution partners when required
  • Support with other administrative tasks related to the team ecommerce as required
  • Provide adhoc performance reports

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:


  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Experience with website content management systems and ecommerce platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Attention to detail, proactivity and ability to manage your own workload;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent computer literate and proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written);
  • Fluent in English other European languages are appreciated)
