Administrator
Hosty Lets is new to the property industry. We are looking for some administrative support to help us as we grow the business.


Some Duties and Responsibilities

  • Setting up tenancies
  • Taking pictures & doing property inventory's.
  • Creating information booklets
  • Answering Maintenance Questions & passing them to contractor
  • Taking phone calls
  • Helping with adverts enquiries & creating
  • Booking appointments
  • Chasing up matters (rental arrears or info from potential client)
  • Invoicing & Reconciliation

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Outlook).
  • Outstanding organizational skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral) required.
  • Ability to prioritize duties & workload effectively.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16-25 per week


Salary:
£10.50 per hour
