Are you a strong, confident and business focused administrator, who's passionate about great customer service? Then you could be just who we're looking for.

Join the nation's largest Healthcare Charity and be part of a talented team, doing incredible work to shape the health of the nation.

As a Compliance Coordinator at our Derby Hospital, you will have a GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent), be persistent and resilient and also have experience of working in a busy customer facing business support function.

You will also have the ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders and be able to work collaboratively with good communication and organisation skills.

Ideally, you will be proficient in IT and have an NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration (or equivalent) but this is not essential.

As our Compliance Coordinator, you will:

This can take the form of visits to each area to complete the monitoring form, or collating results provided by others, and conducting random sample visits.

Investigate health and safety accidents and incidents.

Attend Group Update meetings for Coordinators, and feeding back to management meetings any items for action locally.

Monitor the quality of general risk assessments produced within departments and work with managers less familiar with the risk assessment process to develop risk assessments.

Deliver induction and refresher training, coordinating or arranging safety training and monitoring attendance rates at mandatory safety related training.

Coordinate fire safety to include practice fire evacuation drills and monitoring the implementation of actions arising from the Fire Safety Risk Assessment.

Provide reports and presentations to the Senior Management Team.
