Engineering Manager - DevSecOps

Are you a hands-on leader with a proven track record in DevOps or SRE, and experience with Azure? Are you looking for a new challenge as an Engineering Lead managing a team of SREs and DevOps Engineers? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

You will manage a team currently at 4, but they are looking to grow to 10 in 2023. They offer a hybrid working arrangement, with access to Central London office once per week. This role offers a competitive salary of up to 110k DOE, along with excellentbenefits.

As the Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the team, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that best practices are followed.

You will also play a key role in building and maintaining a positive, collaborative workingenvironment.

Our client has experienced significant growth over the last 12 months, and they have exciting plans to continue growing in 2023.

You will play a pivotal role in this growth, helping to drive the team forward and achieving success.

Salary between £90 - £110K DOE, plus bonus up to 25%, 10% pension, 10% lifestyle benefits, 30 days holiday.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive hands-on experience in design, build, and deployment of Microsoft Azure tech stack, particularly PaaS resources and AKS implementations using CI/CD.

You will also need experience with Azure DevOps, Full StackObservability, and technologies such as PowerShell, JSON, Java Script, BICEP, Terraform, and Jenkins.

They are looking for someone with a proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks. Strong communication and presentation skills are also essential.
