The Role
We are seeking a Service Administrator to join Marshall Motor Group's Audi dealership in Maidstone.
This is key role within the service team, and a fantastic and exciting opportunity to be part of a prestige dealership and start your career with Audi and Marshall Motor Group.

What experience do I need?
We are looking to speak to you if you have had previous demonstrable experience within a customer intercation role, where you have been self managing your own workload and ideally with some administration or bookings experience.

What will I do on a daily basis?
- Take incoming telephone queries, make and take customer bookings.
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date throughout the time their vehicle is with us.
- Meet and greet the customers and support the Service Team where necessary.
- Create invoices and jobcards and ensure the bookings diary is up to date.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Maidstone, ME14 3AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
