About us
Ann Charlton Lodge is a small care home in Redcar, TS10 4PR. We specialise in adults with MS and other neurological conditions. We have maximum 25 residents.
Food hygiene essential
To prepare and cook a balanced nutritious diet following MUST guidance
To prepare food in line with IDDSI guidelines
To plan seasonal menus, taking into consideration dietary requirements for the residents and place orders effectively, minimising waste and within allocated budget.
To ensure all kitchen staff clean the kitchen after use and leave it in a clean and hygienic state. To perform other duties as may be required.

Experience:
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
