This internationally recognised Top 50 UK law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team in the City of London.

The Role:


Exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor 1-5 years PQE to progress within a highly successful property / real estate litigation team in the City of London.**The Real Estate Litigation team of this Top 50 law firm deliver a high-quality legal service - being
ranked in the Legal 500 for their expertise.


This role will include exposure to highly topical fire safety related issues for a large fund as well as a range of other work, in both
commercial and residential real estate litigation.

You will enjoy a
challenging and varied caseload as well as excellent
professional development opportunities.


You'll have
plenty of support in this post, for instance the team is assisted by
outstanding knowledge lawyers and dedicated support staff.

The department acts for a broad range of clients including:

  • Commercial landlords and some tenants.
  • Investors.
  • Developers.
  • Ground rent and other residential landlords.
  • Social Housing organisations.
  • Private individuals.

You will receive an excellent level of exposure and, given their level of growth, benefit from organic prospects for progression.

Requirements:

-
England & Wales qualified solicitor 1-5 years PQE:

  • Significant experience in property disputes
  • Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
  • Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
