Job description
A friendly family run construction company based in Cardiff require a Senior Administrator to cover maternity leave which will be roughly nine months.
Previous experience in a construction environment is desirable.
Duties will include:
- General reception/admin duties including answering the phone, taking messages, meeting and greeting visitors & filing
- Inputting purchase and subcontractor invoices on Sage
- Allocating purchase invoices to department codes
- Checking invoices against PO's
- Processing end of month payments to suppliers
- Cross checking statements with Sage
- Liaising with procurement manager and suppliers to resolve any invoice queries
- Ordering miscellaneous supplies for office and site staff
- Booking CSCS tests
- Recording Annual Leave for 31 Employees on yearly planner board
- Logging fuel card invoices
- Keeping vehicle spreadsheet up to date including tax, MOT & servicing
- Submitting meter readings to Electric company
- Archiving files
- Additional adhoc duties including booking travel as and when required
Monday to Friday 9am-3pm (may be flexible) Salary is pro rata.
