We are looking to recruit a pro-active, well organised individual with an eye for detail to coordinate our plant equipment processes.

Ideally you will have experience of finance procedures such as raising purchase orders and/or hiring equipment.

You will:

Liaise with Operations and suppliers to hire and offhire equipment as required and track movements of all Plant (owned and hired) in the AX finance system. This includes ensuring off hired Plant is returned in a timely manner.
Ensure Operational teams remain compliant by reporting on servicing and calibration dates and escalating any nonconformities to Operational Senior Management, Supply Chain Manager and Head of Compliance.
Daily management of Plant inbox.
Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any order queries or delivery issues.
Review hire invoices and receipt purchase orders as required. This includes running the Hired Plant accrual process in the AX finance system.
