Are you a Project Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are an established housing association looking for a Project Manager for our social housing projects based at London Bridge properties.
This is an 18 month contract.Reporting to the Property Services Manager, the postholder is responsible for budgetary control, project procurement and management to ensure successful delivery of all allocated major works contracts.
Duties will include:
- To deputise as required in the absence of the Property Services Manager.
- To undertake project appraisals to ensure selected options achieve regulatory compliance objectives.
- To brief consultants to ensure project objectives are addressed. Where applicable on smaller schemes, develop specification and tender documentation in accordance with current best practice.
- To continuously improve processes and procedures for effective and successful project delivery.
- To manage, coordinate and liaise with stakeholders including residents, housing management staff, contractors and consultants to achieve project aims.
We are looking for someone with:
- Significant experience of project managing major works/ planned preventative maintenance projects including exercise financial control
- Experience of managing building projects contracts through external contractors and consultants
- Relevant qualification (HNC to RICS) (D) and 5 years' experience.
Salary:
£55,000 - £58,000 dependant on experience
