Description

The role is to setup, maintain and operate high speed precision envelope making machinery within our manufacturing environment.

No experience is required as full training will be provided:

Duties:

Setting up and making ready Blank fed W&D, reel fed W&D 102 and Beasley French envelope production machines.
Machine minding and running envelope production.
Producing high quality envelopes to the required timescales for efficient working and minimising waste.
Manage and assist packing team to maximise output.
Completing all paperwork associated with the job and quality procedures.
Keep machines and workplace in good order.
Reactive Maintenance and Fault Finding.

Planned Maintenance

Refurbishment program.
Always ensuring correct Quality Control and Health & Safety standards
