Permanent contract | £29,269 to £31,364 per annum (Scale G) | 37 hours per week | Countywide, Norfolk
Are you ready to make a real impact?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Practitioner to join our unique team within the Learning Disability Team. We review Supported Living and Residential Care packages under the Care Act 2014.

We work across the County of Norfolk and your base will be agreed following offer.


We work from home the majority of the time, but working in the office is optional for those who prefer.

We meet once a month in person for Team Meetings. Assessments will be carried out in person.


Norfolk is a beautiful county, a real hidden gem with over 90 miles of unspoilt coastline, scenic countryside, the unique Norfolk Broads, amazing wildlife, picturesque market towns and fabulous seaside resorts.

Travel links are extensive, with direct rail links to London and Cambridge and Norwich International Airport with flights to Europe and beyond.
