Complaints Management. Liaising with the Practice Systems Administrator (PSA) to ensure complaints are fully investigated, responded to and recorded. This will include monitoring trends and concerns as well as liaising with the NHSE. Significant Events Management.

Liaising with the PSA to ensure that all significant events are fully investigated, responded to and recorded. This will include monitoring trends, concerns and near misses. Overseeing the Parking Eye contract. This will include cancelling charges, reporting issues and investigating whether or not patients should be paying the charge.

Co-ordinating the meetings that the Practice Manager attends, including the timely preparation of agendas and minutes. Ensure that the Business Continuity Plan is in place and is regularly updated. Overseeing of all policies to ensure that they are up to date, regularly reviewed and stored on Teamnet. Be the IT lead and point of contact for the Practice.


Take the management lead and liaise with the PSA ensuring the IT issues are dealt with effectively and that systems are up to date.

Assist the Practice Manager with CQC compliance to ensure that the Practice is compliant for inspection. Assist the Practice Manager with governance compliance throughout the Practice. School Contract Co-ordinator.


Liaise with and maintain a link directly with the schools and those GPs that are linked into the schools workload.

Ensure that this link is maintained. Beech Grove Co-ordinator. Liaise directly with the Beech Grove community (religious community) and ensure that this link is maintained.

Attend Quality Improvement (QI) sessions and oversee any actions required. Assist the Practice Manager with any matters arising as necessary, or as requested.
