As a part of the Screen Print Team you would have a very important role of setting up jobs coming up for print and ensuring jobs are printed with the Supacolour renowned quality.

As a Screen Team Operative you will be trained in screen printing machine operation, making screens and assisting your other shift printers in production of transfers.

Task & Responsibilities:

Support and be trained in screen print operation.
Dry screens in dryer and prep for burning (imaging).
Set up, load, adjust, control and operate machinery to make screens and run printing lines
Maintain quality by inspecting the work of team members.
Shutdown machinery by removing ink; cleaning parts and components; returning materials to stock.
Ensure machinery operation by completing preventive maintenance requirements following manufacturer's instructions.
Maintain clean & tidy workspace.
Communicate problems with jobs and troubleshoot them with team members and supervisors.
Operate hand truck, and/or pallet jack in loading and unloading.
Work long hours (37.5 hours / week) on feet or actively moving around
Night Shift
Be available for a 10pm6am Sunday
Friday.
Able to lift 18kg.
Perform tasks by following instructions and adhere to all safety rules without exception.
Effectively communicate with other team members.
Assist production team in any other tasks to complete jobs successfully.
