Estates and Facilities Assistant

Based in Colchester two days with travel three days a week to our homes/services

£24,000 per annum plus a £3k car allowance
Healthcare Homes have an exciting opportunity for an Estates and Facilities Assistant to join our team.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Estates and Property services team.

The role will include responding to all enquiries; collate and maintain monitoring information; coordinate requests and deployment of the regional Maintenance team and supporting the Estates Director and team to review existing services, contracts and processes to increase performance.
