£21k basic - £70k OTE

The role of our Sales Advisors
- Receiving inbound calls / leads for those who have expressed interest in our inhouse online lead generation or existing customer base;
- Using our bespoke CRM, generate automated customer quotes for their new products all technical training will be provided;
- Closing sales to secure the business & managing your own sales pipeline;
- Use any additional benefits and discounts available to you to obtain the sale;
- Being part of a talented sales team, with ongoing learning and development.
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors who are self-driven and motivated, as we put 100% trust in our staff to do their job well without being micromanaged.
In addition, we are looking for:
- At least 2 years recent telesales experience;
- Proven track record of achieving KPI's;
- Motivated by exceeding targets and earning top commission;
- Has a passion for sales and a hunger for being the best;
- A great team player.
