    Program Manager to lead the introduction of new products and ensure commercial readiness for existing products transitioning to new facilities.

    This role is critical in managing complex, cross-functional projects that bring innovative medicines to patients efficiently and compliantly.


    Key responsibilities:

     Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to commercial launch.
    • Develop and implement strategies for commercial readiness, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance.
    • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and report progress to leadership.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise NPI processes and reduce costs.

    Knowledge, skills & experience:

     Significant experience leading NPI and commercial readiness programmes
    • Expertise in technology and facility transfer
