The Role
The Marketing Executive will play a key role to the success and growth of PCE Automation, responsible for planning and executing the promotion of our products, brand and services whilst growing the overall marketing department to ensure longevity and continuous improvements


Responsibilities


The following list is an indication of the responsibilities of the role, which the post holder will be expected to undertake.

The list is not exhaustive and is intended as guidance only.

  • Establish the Automation Marketing Strategy whilst working closely with a variety of stakeholders, including the Managing Director, Sales Leadership, as well as engineering and operational leaders.
  • Engage with leads with insightful content and develop the leads into high quality opportunities to fill the sales funnel.
  • Plan long term content strategy to build evergreen assets and positioning, as well as adjust on a regular basis to stay relevant with market news and changes.
  • Enhance the PCE Automation brand, its relevance and the ways in which prospects and customers engage with us.
  • Champion Life Science thought leadership creation from idea and development to execution and promotion using internal and external resources such as writers, designers, social media specialists, and others.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across various channels including advertising, public relations, social media, direct marketing, and sales promotion.
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to understand customers' needs and preferences.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support marketing indicatives when necessary.

Requirements:


The following list is an indication of the skills that the Marketing Executive will possess, in fulfilment of the position.


  • Diploma in marketing, business management, engineering, or any other related field of study.
  • Degree would be an advantage.
  • 5+ Years of experience of B2B marketing in content strategy

Salary:
£42,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
