Due to business demand,BRITA UK have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Operations Executive to join our expanding team
The purpose of the role
To support the Senior Management Team in managing complexity in, and co-ordinating strategy execution across the business using project management techniques.
Setting up the annual commercial operating plan for the UK and managing its implementation through commercial workflows, leading & implementing cross-functional projects, as well as organising and executing company events, co-ordinating internal communications and supporting the management team with logístical tasks.
Role Responsibities
- Provide project management support to the Senior Managment Team to ensure the strategic plan is completed in alignment with key milestones.
- Create project plans while taking responsibility for monthly updates to the Senior Management Team.
- Identify risks to project deliverables, influencing the senior team to ensure the deliverables remain on track.
- Manage all UK corporate events within budget.
To be successful in this role
- You will have Commerical Project Managment experience and ideally posses a PM qualification.
- Preferably have FMCG industy expererience (preferable but not essential)
- Sales and / or Marketing experience.
Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bicester, OX26 4JT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
Commercial Operations: 3 years (required)
- Project management: 3 years (required)
