How does the role look?

Varied:

working closely with end clients whether that be Building Owners or Adjoining Owners to provide expertise, be the clients go to person and trusted advisor and support through the Party Wall process.

Issuing and reviewing of notices, verifying the notices legal validity, attending site, producing and reviewing the Schedule of Condition. Working to the Party Wall Act and negotiating the terms of Party Wall Awards.

Full life cycle:

Be the trusted advisor for the client and provide advice through the full Party Wall process, through to the completion of the project.

Client Facing:
Carry out site inspections, producing Schedule of Conditions and reports, with excellent, and clear communication for our clients.

Chartered? That's us. But you don't have to be. We'll pay for all your training and fees to become RICS Chartered. Learn from our inhouse APC assessor, or maybe you're newly chartered and looking for a step-up? We'll support you along whichever path you choose.
