Are you looking for a new challenge in 2023? Do you want to break in to the Telecoms Industry with a fast-paced, young, dynamic company?

We are looking for an organised, reliable individual to join our team in Bournemouth. K5 specialise in Telecoms and Connectivity for businesses across the UK.

We are looking for a
Sales Administrator to help look after our existing customer base and support our new customers.

You will also be required to undertake other administration duties as and when required by management.


Your duties will include the following:

  • Administrative tasks to ensure all new customers are recorded accurately on our CRM and database
  • Checking and filing paperwork on our CRM and Teams
  • Liaising and communicating with our customer base in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conducting regular calls with our customer base
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner, dealing with any query and ensuring you provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Looking after a growing customer base ensuring all customers are happy with our services
  • Raising support tickets and ensuring these are closed off within a reasonable time
  • Any other administrative/customer service duties as required by your manager and Directors

About you:

  • You will be able to handle a high workload, work efficiently and not require micromanagement

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
