Digital Forensic and Incident Response Lead

Location:

Salary:
Circa £60,000 depending on skills and experience


What you'll be doing:


  • Presenting to, and engaging with internal/external customers, acting as a single point of contact for defined groups
  • Capturing and disseminating security information and providing digital forensics and incident response expertise as and when required
  • Planning and implementing Incident Response plans

Your skills and experiences:


  • Digital forensics / incident response certification(s) such as SANS certifications (GCFA, GCIH etc), CREST certifications (CPIA, CRIA etc.), or equivalent
  • QBE will considered as well
  • Experience of working in a Cyber Incident Response capacity. Ideally within large, multinational organisations. Also methodologies and best practice including relevant NIST frameworks
  • Experience of using Digital Forensic toolsets (X-Ways, Encase, Axiom, Volatility etc ) to analyse and interpret events pertaining to complex Cyber Security investigations.
  • In depth knowledge of how Malware is deployed and the ability to conduct analysis to assist with preventative countermeasures and the extraction of IOC's

Across Threat Intelligence, Detection, Incident Response and now Active Defence we work to evolve cyber operations as a world class capability.

All roles in Cyber Operations are supported by Immersive Labs and other training as part of our Cyber Academy.
