Description

D&D are currently recruiting for a full time breakfast cook to join our fast pace, tight knit team, based in the Heart of East Finchley.

Responsibilities will include

Ordering produce
Monitoring stock control & Wasteage is
Monitoring temperature of fridges and produce
Ensuring health and safety, hygiene standards are
Follow the companies strict recipes and standards and make sure our counter display is attractively presented
Capable of running a busy service, and preparing all dishes to our high standard
Operating Uber Eats / Deliveroo system & packaging up food for delivery
Keeping our open kitchen clean throughout the day and following our cleaning procedures

This position would be 5 days per week on a mixed rota, no evening shifts required, you will be working a minimum of 37 hours per week with extra days or evenings also available in-store or at our sister kitchen in Kings Cross.

Full training will be provided from our other chef which you will be working closely with.
