Operations Administrator £ NW10 Monday to Friday office based
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join my clients expanding Operations Team.
This will be a very varied and interesting role which includes elements of business administration, customer service, management reporting and logistics.
The Position:
Logistics:
- creating despatch labels
- Reconciliation
- Documentation
Call handling:
- Taking customer orders
- Making outbound calls to suppliers
- Pro active calls of stock updates
Systems:
- Imports of excel spreadsheets
- Adding customer orders
- Order reconciliation
Stock:
- Review stock discrepancies
- Product identification
Customer Communication:
- Producing (printing) customer orders
- Customer queries

To be successful the applicant will ideally be.

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
