Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Data Privacy lawyer to head up their existing firmwide data privacy practice area.
Their client base for this area of law has hugely diverse needs, not least due to the international jurisdictions they mightoperate across, leading to significant complexity.
Must Haves:
- 6+ years of PQE
- excellent business development skills
- ideally existing work/clients to bring

- enjoy building relationships across our teams and locations
- strong communication skills

- deliver excellent client service
Description:
A key part of the role will be to create and deliver new work for the team.
You will have excellent business development skills to market their existing capability in this area and grow their client base.
You will have experience of developing and implementinga business development strategy and budget, with a focus on generating new business.
You will demonstrate strong people skills (ideally evidenced by experience of previously having led a team) and a modern approach to leading a high performing, cross-disciplinary team.
You will possess strong communication skills, a flexible approach and a willingness and desire to work with colleagues across the company to deliver excellentclient service and drive the firm's success.
