An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the company's new Leeds office as a Corporate Senior Broker.

This National Broker opportunity would be to work closely with the team of Commercial Account Handlers, Senior Management, and the Client Facing Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity where they have exciting plans in place, and it is therefore key that you are enthusiastic, and want to be a key member of the team and to achieve its ambitious growth plans.

As a Senior Broker

Your key responsibilities will include:

Manage your own book of clients in conjunction with the Client Directors
Identify and introduce the company's products and services to meet the client's needs and understand and communicate each Client's business issues and needs to the service team and other parts of the business
Build client relationships with key decisionmakers
Be visible in the broker markets and engaging on various levels
Assist the Client Directors and Client Managers to grow the revenue and profitability of the client portfolio

About you

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Proven experience in the insurance industry, with experience in client relationship management and the core lines of commercial risks is essential
Strong Insurer Relationships
Experience managing large, corporate insurance risks is desirable
Commercial understanding of business i.e., market forces, business drivers, market dynamics, competitors, and risks, etc
An effective communicator and presenter

Attractive basic salary up to £55K, plus bonus, excellent pension, and other staff benefits.

£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
