Protocol Education are seeking to recruit Qualified Teachers who are interested in providing tuition on a 1:1/ 1:3 basis at a Secondary school in Newcastle upon Tyne (NE6, United Kingdom).

Please note this is face to face tuition, so you must be local to the area.


As an NTP provider, we have had an increased demand in tuition to support children within schools based around catch up and recovery.

We are looking for teachers who are able to tutor KS4 students, and work will be based around on
Maths, Science and English.


Hourly pay
£25-£35 dependant on experience.
Working days
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm, there are also part time options.

Position will be starting ASAP and ongoing till May half-term with the opportunity to do more once original booking is completed.


Once we have registered you, our NTP team will talk you through the next steps, including completing the relevant modules to provide NTP tuition and ensure we have you working within our local schools.


  • Reference information for the last 10 years & QTS Qualification
  • UK eligibility to work, an enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to have one undertaken at the cost of £38

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
