Architectural Technologist, Birmingham, £25k - £38k DOE
Exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established national consultancy in the development sector.
You will be able to produce AutoCAD site layouts, site sections, street scenes and re produce in colour using photoshop mainlywithin the residential sector.
With 10 offices across the UK and specialising in all aspects of the planning process, you will be supported in an office environment however also have the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out AutoCAD based drawing tasks as appropriate, producing drawings from notes and amend incoming drawings as required
- Following company procedures and those concerning quality assurance
- Collecting data on site including conducted measured surveys
- Prioritise work in consultation with the relevant Team Managers/Associates
- Liaise and communicate with different consultants
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD/Vectorworks
- Up to date on UK's building regulations
- Flexible attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working in a team, individually and with sub contractors
- Conducting measured building surveys and production of survey drawings
