Your main duties will include:


  • Machining to close tolerances.
  • Use manual lathe and Milling machines.
  • Skilled in refurbishment of rotating assemblies inclusive of metal spraying and machining to tolerance.
  • To keep the workshop a safe, clean and tidy place to work.
  • Tool maker, produce own tooling for specific machining requirements.
  • Welding advantage

You will ideally have:


  • Qualification in machining.
  • Full driving license
  • Knowledge of waste water rotating equipment
  • The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Can do attitude to solving engineering problems
  • Work with a clean and tidy approach

Monday to Friday 7:30am-4pm:

Week day OT paid at flat rate:


  • Saturday Overtime paid at time and half:

Interview will be required with a trades test included:


  • £13 to £16 depending on experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

£13.00-£16.00 per hour
