Description

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is looking to recruit fixed term full time Early Years and Childcare Officer to provide business and administration support and advice to early years and childcare advisors and settings to enable them to deliver high quality early education and childcare to children giving them the best start in life.

You will be
- supporting the delivery and funding of the free entitlement to early learning for 2, 3 and 4 year olds to ensure that good quality places are accessible to all families
- managing, maintaining and updating a directory of service level agreements, training offers, registered providers and Ofsted outcomes and financial systems to measure and evaluate quality, sufficiency and compliance
- providing a service to enable referred vulnerable and disadvantaged children and their families to access early years learning and childcare provision to improve outcomes for the child

This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the Early Years and Childcare Service. If you are a great organiser, good communicator and adaptable, this role is ideal for you.
